Japan 2-2 Senegal

Samurai’s stalemate between Japan & Senegal in a colorful dancing match

SSenegal continues to write history as they are yet to lose a World Cup group stage match in their history, while Sadio Mane keeps tutoring on how to keep winning and be unbeaten after he scores a goal. The Liverpool’s “You Will Never Walk Alone” star added one more undefeated performance to Senegal, after their 9 wins and 5 draws under Sadio Mane’s symphony baton.

  1. We now see Japan and Senegal with great chances of reaching the knockout stage leaving decisions to the last fixture of the Group H.
A thrilling match that saw a multitude of names in the scoresheet, Inui and Honda for Japan while for Senegal, Mané and Wagué scored the goals.
  2. Senegal were early trying to claim the three points and were rewarded their efforts after 11 minutes into the game as Eiji Kawashima continues his poor set of performances. This time it was Quintero, it was through the debutant scoring ability of Sadio Mane.

The first half was not to be finished before Inui’s technical ferocious curling shot headed to the back of the net of Senegal’s goalkeeper Khadim N’Diaye. 1-1. LOVE!!!

We then had to wait double the time to watch another goal, and Wague’s powerful finishing made sure to make us no longer wait for it as he scored after a special low cross by Sabaly’s assist. Moussa Wagué became the youngest ever African goal-scorer in a World Cup competition writing history with his finishing skills at the tender age of 19 years and 8 months. WOW!!

  3. Keisuke Honda raced his car into the garage of Senegal with few minutes to go, meaning that everyone would go home gratified with one point in the bag. TOP GEAR!!!
